For years, the town had local furniture stores, family-owned delis, and mom-and-pop clothing stores, but no local linen shop. Luckily for Westport, in 2003, Carlin van Noppen set about changing that. Carlin is an entrepreneurial, creative, and quick-witted spirit with a fascination for textile design who had just moved to Connecticut. A linen boutique seemed the perfect next venture.
